- This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Backhaul Network, Inc. (hereinafter called Backhaul Network), in that, by using the Backhaul Network, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
(If you use our site, you agree to accept our conditions.)
- All title and copyrights in and to the Backhaul Network (including but not limited to any images and text) are owned by Backhaul Network, Inc. or its suppliers. The Backhaul Network is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
(Everything on this site is our property.)
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada and further agrees to commence any litigation which may arise hereunder in the courts located in the State of Nevada, United States of America.
(If you want to sue us, you must do so in our jurisdiction.)
- Backhaul Network, Inc. and its suppliers disclaim any and all liability for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Backhaul Network.
(If using our site creates problems, we accept no responsibility.)
- Backhaul Network, Inc.'s and its suppliers' entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Backhaul Network, Inc.'s option, return of any unused portion of any fee paid for use of the Backhaul Network's services.
(We limit our liability to returning what you have paid for the time period in question.)
- This limited warranty is void if failure of the Backhaul Network to perform as claimed has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication.
(If you abuse the system, we will not accept liability.)
- Backhaul Network, Inc. does not warrant the authenticity, correctness or accuracy of any information supplied to the Backhaul Network and displayed on its Load Boards or in its Registries.
(We do not guarantee information posted by members.)
- Backhaul Network, Inc. and its suppliers disclaim any and all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, any information or other statements made by its customers and displayed on its Load Boards or in its Registries.
(We do not guarantee claims posted by members.)
- If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
(Our conditions will be enforced as far as a court with jurisdiction agrees that they are enforceable by law.)
